Officially launching their brand-new album with All About Love, these two beautiful brothers are the spark that lit this party. Alex and Daniel are two of the greatest living electronic alchemists, united in love and pure sonic gold. Thanks chaps!
Martin "Youth" Glover:
Youth was the legendary bassist of Killing Joke, the visionary producer for The Verve & Paul McCartney. He was a pioneer of Punk, Dub, Acid, Ambient & Trance and is (quite simply), the Guv'nor of all things music. Oh and it's his birthday!
The Egg Live:
Maff & Ned Scott are living legends. These two very clever, kind-hearted identical twins are live electronic geniuses and good friends of the All About Love family. With dazzling range and boundless creativity, these beautiful brothers always bring the magic.
Nancy Noise:
Nance is a Balearic and House Music icon who 'discovered' Ibiza's legendary Alfredo Fiorito (God rest his beautiful soul) and brought his spirit home to London.
This kickstarted the Acid House movement and changed the world forever. Nancy is a living encyclopaedia of music and continues to innovate to this day. She is the Queen of our Movement, she's my soul sister and I hold her in my heart with the utmost respect.
Trevor Fung:
Legendary, original Balearic and Acid House pioneer, scene-shaper, and incredibly important mentor to the next generation. Trev's still innovating, still inspiring and still impossible to put in a musical box. Modest, kind, good hearted and a total genius.
Stevie Diamond:
Stevie's a dear brother to me and is a true legend of the underground, he's a dance music detective who'd put Sherlock Holmes to shame and a genuine master of technology, Stevie D is a technical wizard and a Kick Ass DJ who never fails to deliver.
David Maurette:
This dear brother is a Maestro of live electronic tribal dance and percussion and has been a key player in the magical Kaya Project collective for many years. Renowned as one of the best in his field, David sets the dance-floor alight.
Heaven Lee:
Rising star and torchbearer, Poppy's a central figure within the younger generation of Eddie Richards' Wiggle crew. She's young, fearless, and rocking the House Music scene with full power and grace.
A DANCE OF DEFIANCE:
There's never been a more important time to come together as one united movement of sovereign souls.
That's why, this winter, when we are as far away from our home star as we can be, we're bringing the light of Synchronicity home to London.
Not to escape the shadows, but to dance our defiance into the dark.
Synchronicity isn't just a rave, it's renegade sound waves reshaping reality. This warrior's dance is a long-haul psychedelic flight, an inner path to outer space powered by live electronic wizardry.
It's delivered with love by some of London's most revered musical alchemists, the very pioneers who birthed the city's underground dance scene.
Synchronicity was never created to show off, but to help us show up. It is a powerful line in the sand and a metaphorical middle finger to all the forces of evil who seek to divide and control us.
For me, the All About Love family is an antidote to desperation, isolation, fear, and division.
That is what Synchronicity stands for, and it's the truth that we collectively defend when we come together.
SACRED REBELLION:
From the first All About Love in the blueberry orchards of my Devon home's back garden 12 years ago, to the fire-lit fields of Glastonbury and beyond, we've proven that dancing together is Sacred Rebellion.
Even in the middle of the lockdown hysteria, with five riot vans outside our gate for four days, we held the line. By doing so, we "found the others" and revealed the truth: Joy is Power, Love is Resistance, and when we stand our ground, they cannot have us.
SYNCHRONICITY & LAST NIGHT A DJ SAVED MY LIFE:
I'm blessed to walk this path with my brother Jonny Lee, a beautiful soul who has stood with me through music, through fire and through life. Jonny is the visionary heart behind Last Night A DJ Saved My Life, a movement born from the same pulse that drives All About Love: The deep belief that music can change the world.
We've seen first-hand that the beat of LNADJ'S drum can inspire people to climb mountains - literally. How they've galvanised lovers of dance music to fundraise countless clean water projects in Africa and how they use the dance floor to build hope for children and young people.
From pulling off the first Acid Party in the House of Commons, to gifting turntables to underprivileged kids and building creative hubs for young people, Jonny and LNADJ have proved that music changes lives, that rhythm heals and that love is what you do, not just what you say.
Like All About Love and Synchronicity, LNADJ knows the dance floor is more than celebration, it is a sacred prayer of peaceful, constructive rebellion and that (used right), it has the ability to shape and change lives.
