Sustainable Suppers at The Garden o' Feeden

Founded by eco-chef-nutritionist Sadhbh Moore and ex-lab meat scientist turned farmer Abi Aspen, TSFS will be presenting a menu which delves into sustainability with a fun and theatrical flair. The duo who are known for their unwavering energy, love of ecology and plant based menus, are bringing their motely crew to the Garden o' Feeden for a 3 night feast extravaganza. 

Usually found drinking breakfast tea in Sadhbh's kitchen, or with their hands in the soil on the farm, the team will be hitting the festival in a flurry of surplus, wastes, wonky veg, kick ass pulses, heritage grains and more to get your tastebuds tingling and your brains thinking. 

This year these extraordinary ladies have made appearances cooking at the likes of The Oxford Symposium of Food and Cookery, The British Library and appeared on the BBC's 'Million Pound Menu'. 

Expect exquisite fodder that'll send you off with full tums and new ideas to take home.
