We warmly invite you to join us at Grounded Wellness Gathering 3 - 5th May 2025
Grounded is a small and intimate Wellness Gathering in Cornwall, looped around the most beautiful spring fed lake for wild swimming and canoeing.
Perfectly balanced between retreat and festival, Grounded is a place to gather and connect with like-minded people, whilst finding your pause from your everyday.
Partake in Yoga, Breathwork, Sound Baths, Talks, Workshops and Meditation which run across multiple venues throughout the day (pick your own programme).

Between classes, take your time strolling through the beautiful woodland where peacocks and rabbits roam free, or take a dip in the lake or grab a boat from the jetty to row out to the middle of the quarry.
Join us around the firepit in the evening for our fire lighting ceremony, drum circle and singing.
We have beautiful accommodation options for you to choose from booked by Cornish Tipi Holidays. Options include Wild Camping under the stars in the wonderful camping meadow, stunning Tipis (both Medium and Large options) in the Top Village Field, Live-In field for camper vans and Shepherd Huts at the end of the old railway line.
