No one likes hidden charges on top of ticket prices.

We include the "Booking Fee", which goes to our 3rd party ticket-selling website, in the ticket price - you pay the face value of your tickets.

However, every order incurs an additional and unavoidable non-refundable "transaction charge" (banking charge) of £1.50. We can't do anything about this.

Pre-Pitched Furnished and Unfurnished Tents

We work with David Winterflood of the company Great British Glamping to supply our pre-pitched tents.

Please visit their website at or email David with any questions you might have -

Refund Policy

We recognise that unforeseen events can occur between the time you purchase your ticket and the festival.

Fire in the Mountain will refund any ticket without question up until Monday 28th May (the Monday before the event). Please contact The Ticket Sellers directly or email to request a refund less fees.

On requesting a refund, you will be charged 10% of the ticket price for all tickets except adult tickets. Adult weekend ticket refunds incur a £5 charge. This cost will be deducted from the face value of your refunded tickets.

Ticket Swaps
