We recognise that unforeseen events can occur between the time you purchase your ticket and the festival. Tickets will be refunded without question up until midday on Wednesday 28th May (the Wednesday before the event).


On requesting a refund from Ticket Sellers, you will be charged 10% of the ticket price or £7 (whichever is lower). This cost will be deducted from the face value of your refunded tickets.
