Join Cut A Shine and Double Bass Dan and Friends for afternoon Ceilidhs, sing-a-longs and plenty of dances!

Once a month we will take over the glorious Round Chapel in Hackney for a fabulous afternoon out for the family.   We'll dance fun and easy family ceilidh dances with all the family, and dance to the wonderful music of Double Bass Dan and Friends.

We have a Special Guest DJ for these events: Pacific Socialsim - Pacific Social Club, DJing hilarities and Calamities from his wonderful and weird box of 7"s. Check it out: www.mixcloud.com/liamcasey773

Yummy and Healthy Lunch will be served all afternoon: rice, vegan ratatouille with cheese on the side.   Hot drinks will be served alongside yummy cakes and treats. Full bar available.

Softplay will be set up for the crawlers.

Can't wait to boogie with all the family!

*** The November event was a fantastic success and loads more people came than expected - THANK YOU, YOU AWESOME PARENTS!  However, we apologise for the cafe running out of a few things... let it be known that we will stock ourselves perfectly for the next event and have loads more servers... we are prepared for you, you hungry magical lot!

Our dances are All Inclusive, regardless of age, gender, ability, ethnicity or sexual orientation. Although based largely on traditional European and American dance form, we have tailored our dances to be non-heteronormative and involve everyone. We welcome members of the LGBTQ+ community.
