Ticket prices include the event program, accommodation, meals and refreshments throughout the weekend (except for day delegates, for whom there is no accommodation but lunch, evening meal and refreshments are included. The non residential ticket includes lunch and dinner but not breakfast).
The event arrival times on Wednesday 7th for campers is at 13.00 and for participants in accommodation it is 15.00 with access to the rooms from 16.30.
The shared occupancy tickets are for rooms that may be sharing with 1 - 3 others, so a twin room or triple rooms. There are a couple of rooms with more beds but the majority are twin or triple rooms. Please specify on the registration form if you wish to share with someone specific and if you need a double bed, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
If you know who you would like to share a room with, please email us and let us know at admin@festivaloflife.co.uk you can also make this request on the registration form.
Meals are all vegetarian and include breakfast, lunch and dinner. Refreshments include tea, coffee, water, biscuits and fruit.
All rooms have bed linen provided but please bring a towel.
Camping is in a relatively flat and beautiful area. There are ladies, gents and disabled showers & compost loos, and there are water taps.
There is limited car parking so please lift share where possible.
Please bring a yoga mat for the breathes, a blanket, a water bottle, and a pillow, or bolster if possible. You may also want to bring a swimming towel and a costume if you wish to use the sauna or hot tub.
This year we are offering £50 discount for students and / or for young people aged between 18 - 25 years old. We would love to encourage a younger audience to experience breathwork.
Ticket Sellers also offer an add-on insurance that will cover your ticket fee in case of other eventualities, such as injury or illness, including you getting Covid yourself or you need to self-isolate and many other scenarios (see their T&Cs at the checkout). This will be an option at the check-out when you buy your ticket.
Before you buy your ticket, you will receive a short registration form to fill out, we need each participant to complete this form so you will only be able to buy one ticket at a time. The registration form will help us cater for your needs over the weekend. The questions include information about your dietary requirements, car parking, and disabled access etc. They also include essential information we need from you to ensure a harmonious and safe stay. Our privacy policy is simple. We do not share or sell your personal data. We do not disclose contact information of anyone associated with Breathe - A Festival of Life, to any third party without express permission. Data collected by us is used only to provide the information, services, and products you ask for and to promote any future events we may hold. Breathe Festival Cancellation Policy : Generally we do not offer refunds for tickets unless the event is cancelled (see TicketSellers refund policy on check out). Please bear this in mind when buying a ticket. Cancellations up to July the 7th 2024 we charge 20% of the ticket price as an admin fee, and from July 8th no refunds are possible. We can help you re-sell the ticket if there is a waiting list or you can re-sell it if you let us know the new name of the participant * we reserve the right to delay refunds until the 20 August.
